Summary: The general objective is to improve the effectiveness of Educational Policies. To do so, we will study and assess the way in which public policies are coordinated within the European Semester. From the Legal and Educational Sciences perspective we will analyze educational reforms, including those in higher education, and we will evaluate their effectiveness to overcome social and territorial inequalities. Legislative proposals will be proposed to better incorporate evidence into the process of developing effective regulation and selecting those legal-administrative instruments of intervention aiming to generate higher social and territorial cohesion.
